On its debut at Milipol-Paris, A. Sampaio & Filhos has a special nomination even before beginning of the event. One of its products was selected for the "Milipol Innovation Awards 2017".

The 63664 product has low weight, tight fit and
bi-stretch were the characteristics identified as important for performance
baselayer - and this fabric delivers all of them. Certified of EN ISO 14116

performance. Composition: 58% MAC Protal (R) / 39% CV Outlast (R) / 3% EA.
According to João Mendes, Administrator of the company, "Receiving a nomination like this on our debut is fantastic. This is a fair with more than a thousand exhibitors of various products related to the security sector. To see our textile material nominated as finalist in the midst of so many candidates from the most diverse business areas is extremely rewarding, and the confirmation that the bet on innovation and differentiation pays off and is to continue in the future."

The Jury received more than a hundred candidates and selected three finalists for each of the five categories in competition. A. Sampaio is one of the three finalists in the category "Individual Equipment / First Responder Protection"
